What to Expect from a Discovery Meeting?
A Discovery Meeting, is a 30 minute meeting, a no risk, no cost, first step in working out whether I am the right choice of business coach for you and your business. I encourage you to take this first step if you are ready to take action towards achieving your business dreams. I am passionate about supporting the small business community, and I am ready to walk this path alongside you, coaching you, guiding you, educating you, inspiring you to the be the best version of yourself and develop the most rewarding business. This meeting could be the right step for you to take action and to follow your dream of running a sustainable business.
During the Discovery Meeting, I will ask you questions about your background, and gain an understanding of your skills, knowledge, passions, dreams, and your story, the “why” you want to be in business (my favourite story to listen to).
I will develop an understanding of where you have been, where you are now, and where you would like to go – with the objective of creating an individual plan to help you get there!
When you work with me, you can be guaranteed of an honest approach to developing you and your business along the road to success. I tailor each coaching session to suit your needs and your stage of business. I will work alongside you and will never “tell” you how you should run your business, instead I will provide you with carefully curated recommendations, strategies or plans, where ultimately you remain in control of the choices, and of operating your own business. My experience of working with hundreds of businesses at different stages of the business journey provides me with the insight to know how to guide you to your version of success.
If you choose to work with me, you will have the opportunity to engage in 1:1 consultations at a timeframe that suits you. I meet with some clients weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Mostly clients will see me more often in the beginning, and then less frequently as they gain the knowledge, confidence and momentum within their business. When starting out in business it is often a time where the finances are tight, and 1:1 consultations are not in the budget. We have a range of flexible options available to you, and rest assured, there is no need to lock into any long term contracts.
Inspired Momentum also have an online coaching program, The Small Business Collective, a monthly pay as you go program, providing you with weekly inspiration, and a community of business owners to inspire and support you. Easier on your budget, but jam packed with advice and information to make you and your business shine brightly.
