A place for all business owners to feel supported and nurtured. Are you ready to get your brave on and start your very own business? Perhaps you have survived the first 1-2 years of business and have already experienced the highs and lows of working for yourself.
My clients are generally full of passion and spark for their industry and have so much passion, knowledge and talent in their chosen field. They are often seeking guidance and support, a sounding board or accountability partner to help them achieve their business dreams.
About Rachel
The small business community means a great deal to me.
I am passionate about supporting business owners to achieve their dreams and reach their goals whilst finding a balance with living a happy lifestyle. Australian Small Business contributes so very much to our economy. It was from an early stage in my career that I realised many people who worked for themselves were in the situation of being over run by their business. And their reason for why they started their business, lost amongst the chaos, their passion diminishing.
I have coached 100’s of Australian business owners to achieve growth, happiness and balance in their business, and I have loved every moment. For over 15 years I have been a Trainer and Mentor for the NEIS (New Enterprise Information Scheme) for, and have also worked with local councils providing a range of workshops to support business growth.
My qualifications include a Bachelor of Business, a Graduate Certificate in Digital Marketing and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. These qualifications allow me to coach, craft and educate business owners along their business journey.
Outside of my obsession with small business, I am married to a keen cyclist, and together we are raising and homeschooling our two daughters. So I really understand the pressure of balancing work and family! In 2018 we moved from the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, for a tree change, to Mothar Mountain in the Gympie Region, Queensland. I love spending time in nature, playing with our 3 dogs, reading, eating chocolate and drinking delicious prana chai tea.
